Real Love, an absolute dreamhorse. This precious boy was sired by Riccione, the infamous worldwide renowned Dressage producer. Riccione is a rare specimen of conformation, temperament and proven heritability.
He was one of the most wanted candidates at the 1998 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing making a big impression with his highly noble appearance and extravagant movements. He won riding horse tests and champions' finals with scores of 9.0 and higher. In his Stallion Performance Test he confirmed the expectations of the breeders by scoring the highest for ride ability (both guest judges scored: 10.0) and became the Reserve Champion of the test. Riccione won several M-level classes and is training at Grand Prix level. Riccione's sire Regazzoni was the Champion of the Stallion Performance Test in Münster-Handorf and became Reserve Champion at the 1995 Bundeschampionate. His dam State Premium Mare Arosa received the top score of 10.0 for ride ability from the judges and guest judge riders in her Mare Performance Test. With the extraordinary beautiful Trakehner Arogno as sire and the Hanoverian foundation stallion Bolero as dam sire, Arosa carries classical dressage blood.
Riccione's offspring convince with their type and movement. They are highly sort after at auctions in Hanover, Westphalia, Bavaria, and further a field. He has twelve licensed sons just from his first crop of foals of which two were Reserve Licensing Champions and two reserve 30-day test champions. He also produced several Bundeschampionate finalists and State Premium Mares. Furthermore, Riccione was highly placed in the NRW Heritability Index for stallions of his year of birth and in the German FN-Breeding Value Index. No other 10-year old stallion passes on his quality more consistently than Riccione.
That said, Real Love got his beautiful face with the big kind eyes from his sire as well as a well developed and muscled up body. These attributes alone secure him to be a special horse. His dam already produced licensed sons as well as a daughter whom got the States Premium title and she won her Mare Performance test. These offspring are highly successful in the sport. Real Love was raised as a stallion prospect and then gelded in order to me somebody a nice dressage gelding.
He is an exceptional horse in type and quality. His basic gaits are stunning. His trot comes with a free shoulder and a super motor. He has a very nice ground schwung and he swings nicely through his back and is equipped with a naturally active hind leg in all gaits. His walk is pure with a good rhythm and he could easily manage to get scores including 9's for it. His canter is very uphill and he is easy to collect. In addition, his interior is quite remarkable too. He gets his training inside the covered riding arena as well as outside in the dressage arena. He is easy to manage at the horse show and was already trail ridden in the walk. He is a cool young horse and was started in summer of 2008.
Real Love is a true gentleman in the barn as well. He cross ties, knows how to stand quiet for the solarium, takes his bath, stands for the farrier, goes in the hot walker and travels easily and well behaved. He is a very uncomplicated boy and absolutely cuddly. He knows exactly that nobody can pass by his cute face without touching him. He cuddles up in the handlers arm like a baby and enjoys the one on one time as often as possible. This is a young star with all possibilities for the big ring. He draws the attention of the crowd at the horse show and the judges will remember him.
He is a dream horse - others will envy you. To see him equals to fall in love with him!
